Proof of Sought Permission

Getting permission from rostrum records was very hard as they had no contact number, address or email. I did however find a twitter assigned to the creator and owner or rostrum records.  I was then able to personally tweet the owner ‘Arthur Pitt’ asking for permission. The reason for doing this is to not breach the copyright law by using an owned song without being allowed to. If the song was used by someone who does not own it without the owner’s permission they could be sued.
This is what we sent : "We would like to use Mac Miller's 'frick park market' song within our media coursework in sixth from, do you have any objections?" We was only able to use 149 characters in our tweet.
